 I’m a learning and development professional with 15+ years of experience in training, facilitation, curriculum design, and adult learning. I design practical, learner-centered experiences and resources that support onboarding, employee performance, and access to knowledge.

My background includes instructional design, facilitation, evaluation, and digital learning. I enjoy creating clear, engaging solutions that align learner needs with organizational goals.

I’m also a member of the ATD Greater Atlanta Chapter and the International Association of Facilitators. Outside of work, I enjoy reading, yoga, track and field, and spending time in nature.
